From the 11th Monitor's Report:

"As previously reported to the Court, the Monitor does not expect any net proceeds to be distributable to creditors other than the Secured Claimants."

It seems most shareholders didn't read the Court documents or Monitor's Report.

You posted that there were court documents and Monitor's reports that stated the common shares were "safe" - but of course there was never a link to any of the purported documents - absolutely no proof has been posted that the common shares will remain intact.

When can we expect the proof? LOLOL!
