She seems like she is making legit argument. Only problem is I don't see this working out for shareholders in a positive way. These penny stocks scams rarely end up in anything but a .0001 stock that then gets halted or goes to the grey sheets and never trades again and all money is lost. It's horrible. But these scam companies have nothing but debt, the debt would get paid off first, shareholders will never see anything. If you want some justice, file a complaint online with the SEC and also online with FINRA. IMO. Maybe that will stop them the next time and you will save the next person. Sell whatever u can, and accept the loss.
