Rational brains are working obviously differently. I think by all emotions I have in my private life, in business, I am an extremely rational person and if one increases his salary expecting in a few weeks a tremendous deal of Billions then I fear even more for us to have such person dealing the valuable asset of the company. You have no other worries to get 500 000 $ more when you can expect several hundred Million in a weeks time? No CEO would do so, but of course, our holy boss does so and gets even a "great".
