I usually don't like to bring this up, but does anyone think that there could be a large Naked Short position in this stock by one of the MM's and that MM is possibly manipulating the PPS down so they can cover? I was looking at the OTC numbers (as of 03/12/19) on the Restricted, Unrestricted along with what the DTC is holding and I cannot see why the share price of this is not higher with the volume it has had. Also, does it look like the DTC has possibly been buying back shares. They don't give an updated float and that is what loses me.
