Consolidated? So the scam is now involving IBRC? Didn't that one also claim assets that were vapor. It he looted the SEC-investigation companies (VICT, PDXP, CHIT) with promises that investors didn't lose money, it is yet another lie.

Beware if he promises a divie to benefit current suspended company investors. That likely is also a lie. Creditors and preferred shareholders would have first claim on any assets. If he looted everything and shifted it to the other company, that could cause the other company huge liability. If it has any assets, investors may file suit to recover the losses they have due to the fraud.
