I would agree. My point is a bit....
more obtuse. For me the question isn't whether they "end up" in a legal space. It's more why hint about opening in an area that has not even opted-in? If they are opening there or looking at space in such a community, well that tells me they are willing to wait for the community to "opt-in" and write rules. That just delays this process. At the same time, if they are not planning on locating in Marshall or Romulus why hint about those as locations? Besides, even if you planning to build in a community on the assumption it will "opt-in", there is no guarantee the final rules in that community will allow your operation. It's a crap shoot at best.
I dont know if the Marshall location came directly from the company or not, but I'm pretty sure it did. I need to revisit that issue.
BTW I was in Marshall last week. It's not as far as Kzoo, closer to Battle Creek. Basically splits the distance between Romulus and Kzoo.
