They stated they already had funding. They never did one thing they mentioned in any PR. Feds have slowly and continue to make it easier, yes. ADTM has a right window and missed it. The “unicorn” never happened. Again the actual concept was viable AT THE TIME and didn’t have anything to do with the price of crypto. They missed the boat.
