No one has bothered to dispute the existence of the UCC note or the likelyhood that Rufus actually has possession of it. What is in dispute is its value.

Evidence presented recently supports my contention that the note is not worth the paper it is written on and should be put on the books at $0.

I assume you read the Webb article about the history of the note? It is as bogus as everything else about Rufus.. a sham. a farce.. a scam.

Time to wake up to the fact this is a scam start to finish and this company has nothing.. no plan.. no assets.. and a foul mouthed loser for a CEO on top of it all.
