There may be a weakness in putting a lot of weight on the 50 day average in a development stage company. I consider this to in a development stage, as there are developing business activities anticipated to be reported on during this year. So if the business model is subject to substantial change (ie. growth), then where is the validity in heavily wighting the 50 day average in such a stock. The price may jump significantly in the public becoming aware that a significant positive change in operations.
So is this statement revealing that I know something positive is coming soon? NO.
I agree, being cautious is a good idea. If the company is to strongly succeed, there is plenty of time for growth to happen.
