Is this a quote from RPH?

I ask because it's posted at the beginning of this thread and I am not sure if it's an actual quote or if whoever posted it in the header used his or her own words.

I think it's a perfect example of the broken promises, broken guarantees and outright lies associated with CSHD if that is a quote.

First of all many of the 17 JVs weren't even operational. I'd sure like to see that guarantee take place. ROFL - this if so fugging stupid I can't believe you are still convinced in this POS.

To be honest I am saying "most" to be kind. I am not sure any of them are operational to the point of generating revenues and profits.
