TRD, to my knowledge, the SEC did not call into question the UCC funds as part of their complaint. That being said, the company would therefore still have minimum value of $300M plus whatever portion of the declared bonds is found and proven to be associated with CSHD

Don't Drink It, just Sip It....then move on to the next play
