Yes they are ahead of us in Tranche 5- Class 18, Equity is Tranche 6- Classes 19, 21 + 22. The LT did not reserve any money for Class 18 but there is sufficient funds to pay the LT allowed Subordinated Debt Misrepresentation Claims $15M claim. There is however not sufficient funds to pay the disputed Mortgage Pass-Through Litigation $273M claim. That claim needs to be refiled by the claimants as allowed for by the Bk Court.
