When a promo runs OTCM immediately puts up a picture of a red horn announcing that a promo is taking place...look close...no horn



Here is an example of what one would look like under an ACTUAL promo



So I say again...OTCM recognizes that NO PROMO is taking place and again...NO LINKS to this "promo" have EVER been posted by anyone claiming one is taking place.

Wouldn't one think that if a promo was taking place...there could be just one ounce of proof verifying that...just one link...just one would do...
