All I know is that I used to watch planes take off and land at BWI Airport when they were redoing their runways a few years ago. Southwest "owns" BWI. They were using a single runway for takeoffs and landings of commercial aircraft, 90 percent of which were Southwest planes.

There is nothing better than listening as the landing plane hits the trust reverser while the plane waiting nearby to take off revs up those engines. The high pitched whine gives me goosebumps.

I might be seriously in need of meds!

If I ever see an A-380 takeoff or land, I might need to be sedated!
