But Taco says $6b buyout (maybe more)...aren’t shares worth more with say 57m o/s at the end versus say 60m ? Won’t Big Mc just award himself more if it doesn’t pass ? That’s more dilution then, right ? We don’t want a 1-2 or 1-3 at the end
