$BRS is the only major oil & gas helicopter services provide yet to go into Chapter 11. Waypoint which was larger than $BRS and had funding from Soros defaulted and filed Chapter 11.

The bond market for $BRS 2022 and 2023 Notes indicates $BRS is close to a default.

Notice the yield on the bond prices: If $BRS had credit default swaps, the current yield levels indicate its game over.
