Got to be one of the lowest market caps of any SEC reporting OTCQB, $165K MC, there are old, dark, Chinese shell companies that haven't filed anything in 20 years, that have a higher market caps then this....... you got to think this thing will bounce eventually.

Old management, who got them into this mess, resigned earlier this year, maybe the new CEO can right the ship. Would not take much with this ss, to get it headed in the right direction, just need to get through that last CD.
