I need proof that that was done the way you say. Ken has a fiduciary duty to shareholders,and giving away over 20 million dollars worth of Adxs shares is criminal,and has no merit either. Why would he do such a thing,unless he`s a complete moron? For a lousy litle selling stipulation? Nonsense. Prove it dew.
