Keiji Varela formed a new California corporation named Nature Health Science on 2-19-19. Anyone have any idea why he would form a new company with a slightly different name and how this effects our DUTV/Nature SCIENCE HEALTH deal?... HT?
Also of interest is a Nevada LLC named CannaScience formed by Keiji on 8-31-18. The CannaScience name was reserved once upon a time in Nevada by a man named James Pakulis… Pakulis is the current CEO of a company named TransCanna Holdings and he is the former CEO of a company name General Cannabis Inc which used to own WeedMaps.. He is also former President of LifeStyle Delivery Systems.
There is a CannaScience X LLC formed in North Carolina on 12-7-18. CannaScience X is a registered hemp processor in North Carolina.
