1) A small group of investors owns half the erhe o/s
2) Offor owns half the erhe shares
3) The small group plus Offor own all the erhe shares
4) erhe shares are "over subscribed" by about 600 million shares
By definition that would mean those 600 million shares are naked shorts. And since the statement has also been made that the small group is not selling until oil is found or a buyout, and since Offor would have no reason to sell this close to zero (assuming he owns any shares at all), it means every share bought, every day for months and going forward is coming from a naked short sale. Is this all basically true or can you clear up any misunderstandings.
