False. The actual O/S number post-reduction was 579 million, not 479 million. This change was made on OTC Markets the following day, and could not possibly have been dilution because the previous day’s volume was nowhere close to 100M.

So therefore the actual O/S increased only a little over 220M since the reduction 2 weeks ago.
