BREAKING NEWS ON LDSR, very important!

On February 26th, LDSR filed an 8k reporting about the filing of a lawsuit against chuguan Industry Co, Ltd stating they did not have rightfully ownership of 1.5 billion shares of common stock belonging to LDSR.

Data443 also stated they made every attempt to contact Chuguan with no success.

HERE IS 2 REASONS WHY THIS IS SUPER IMPORTANT

1. Chuguan is a dead business, it is no longer active with NO business operations, No officers and No existence at all!
2. Chuguan has made no attempt to sell the 1.5 billion shares even after LDSR took off a year ago. This was an opportunity for the owner of the 1.5 billion shares to make millions of dollars, but nobody sold those shares because they are still registered under Chuguan, thus the dispute.

1. After a lawsuit has been filed against a defendant, they have 30 days to submit an answer to the lawsuit.


2. If the defendant does not have enough evidence to submit and answer or go to trial they may file for a motion to dismiss the case

3. If there is no defendant, there is no filing to dismiss the motion

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY

4. With enough evidence ( WHICH LDSR CLAIMS TO HAVE) LDSR can file for DEFAULT, automatically winning the case giving Data443 back 1.5 billion shares


This is extremely extremely important I cannot stress how huge this will be, and it will happen SHORTLY, these 1.5 billion shares have been a huge obstacle for many shareholders and those waiting on the sidelines reluctant to buy and this obstacle will soon be gone.
