That's the risk shareholders in any public traded company take. Note holders always rank higher in claims to Common shareholders.

I don't believe any of the current $BRGO Common shareholders pre-split will survive. I expect two more Reverse Splits in $BRGO (this and one other).

$BRGO only represents a trade post-split, but each current and prospective shareholder needs to make their own decision.
