Keeping it simple ..... There is not anything to indicate that there was any reason other than the board decided they did not need to go through with the reverse split to raise additional funds.
Imo that alone makes this share price worth at least three times what it's currently trading at.
Can't wait to hear the news that stopped the reverse split.
