A good solid complaint is always welcome, but trying to force someone to do something that really comes from the imagination of outsiders like ourselves, who know virtually nothing of Internal matters just shows pomposity and a need for self-gratification IMO! What we see on the surface sometimes does not correctly match that which is going on beneath the surface! Yes, Late, even very late filings, appear suspicious and of evil-intent to some, but instead of making rash accusations, shouldn't we try to understand the intent underlying those late filings? None of us can be right when we have only an outside view of things! We cannot characterize a person unless we absolutely know what his motivations were in doing what he did!
And in the case of KK, if you read his statement regarding the late filings, one would have a better understanding of what devastating effects those "On the mark" filings would have done to GERS? I accept his reasons, but no one has to feel as I do, for that is the way it is! Our limited understanding of right or wrong may not be relevant in GERS's case as this is Business and not the streets, where actual evil exists, and does not in any way compare to keeping a Business together where hurting Others/Investors is NOT what KK planned? In fact it was designed to help us not hurt us IMO?
