That’s literally all I’m saying. I’m not saying anything else or making, really, an opinionated statement.

I’m simply saying - you are not talking about, citing, advertising etc etc making claims about “Yuengling” as a brand or anything tied to that trademarked name unless you have some sort of approval allowing you to do that.

I think it is going unmentioned that this was a closely held, family owned, private brand....those are the businesses that protect their brands so heavily.

My other thought is - this is a gravy train for ED....easiest pathway to being CEO of a public company....easy as cake, lay up. Product already has a fan base, marketing, distribution network, contracts for stores etc etc...why would you mess this up or take the chance of ruining it?
