No need to warn me. I was in it long before you and also had over $50k in it at one time. But I saw the warning signs and got out long before the RS with a nice profit. I have been in and out a few times since the RS but not with a lot of shares.
Eric has made mistakes but sometimes people learn from their mistakes. Except for the recent dilution of 340 million shares, that Eric explained, there has been no dilution for a few years and no talk of an RS.
The company had some innovative products and it still has those products and is working on getting other joint ventures.
If Eric gets the non dilutive funding he needs to expand and gets the financials up to date I think there is a chance this will be the stock it once was. He's got $10k of the funding he needs and I have a feeling shareholders are going to hear there is more coming.
Not saying anyone should buy, or not buy, but with a little more positive news I believe the stock could show some nice gains in a short time. We shall see.
