ACTL is an Non-Reporting OTC stock since the middle of 2016. Thus no any filing and no any updating is very very normal here!

It ever crashed to 0 (i.e. "No bid at all") x 0.0001 for many times already and that should happen again very soon since the current asks size is over Four Times of its current bids size!

We might see up to 500M shares asking at 0.0001 since the OS is 699M shares! The only way you can sell is 0.0001 due to no any strong slapping action at 0.0002 for so long!

Anyway selling at 0.0001 now to get the cash back is much better than being stuck at the 0.0001 ask but no way to sell any shares!

I'm expecting to see at least 70M more shares be dumped at 0.0001...
