I've already filed my second complaint with the SEC against the Greenshift Corporation on the grounds that they haven't filed any 10-Ks, 0-Qs, or 8-Ks since the third quarter of 2016, and I've already announced that if these two documents aren't filed by the end of this year, I'll file a third complaint with the SEC.

The 10-K for 2016 and the 8-k that shows the transfer of a majority of our voting stock from Bitzio to Viridis.
