The stock in NuGenerex Immuno-Oncology does exist & has since Feb 25th, 2019.
But it doesn’t trade publicly on any exchange as of yet, so it doesn’t appear in your account.

Those actions are being worked on now & the when & where NuGenerex Immuno-Oncology will begin trading publicly will be announced as soon as possible.

That said, yes for every 4 shares of GNBT owned you now are getting 1 share of NuGenerex Immuno-Oncology, if you held (OTCQB:GNBT) at the previously announced record, ex-dividend and payments dates.
