So what ..... What sector is NCAP in ? Promotions ?

They don't do any business of substance. PERIOD. The financials of the last DECADE prove that. The introduction of CBD oils is just the latest attempt to sell stock because CBD is all the current rage.

The same stock selling sham at NCAP occurred when states began legalizing MJ. Why isn't NCAP doing millions in MJ biz now ??? It's been years. What gives ??

Nobody has to believe what I say. Just read the company filings which I conveniently linked. It's all there. Seems I'm the only one bringing THE FACTS.
