Fraudulent activity by the plaintiff EMA actually. Try giving it a shot and reading the court documents showing EMA's malicious activity by continuing to convert tens of millions of shares after they had already been paid in full. They are now officially "short" shares in VYST at a .0001/.0002 rate. Over $1.5 million dollars worth of shares they must buy back at current prices because they made a huge mistake in over stepping their conversion rights. VYST changed their TA because the TA that handled the conversions for EMA was abusing this ticker by letting them continue to convert when they had already been paid in full.
