How does institutional "loading" cause the stock to go no-bid?

It is very clear that we are seeing the convertible debt getting eliminated. Once that is over, we do the reverse split. After that, the institutional investor get their private placements.

Institutional investors don't buy OTC stocks on the open market, dreamers and naive investors like us do.
