What is “soon”...August ? As I said this situation will drift us lower in the short term unless the Rotmans take a two tier approach. If this suit really has nothing to do with the filing and merger then they should go ahead and file, issue the 8k, file with finra and drop the financials. Why hold off if one has nothing to do with the other.
