Its to late to do anything. Finra is a farce. It is a smoke screen for people to get what they want. The 900 shareholders had no say in any of this decision. They were denied their rights. They were denied their protection. They were denied the basic right of fair trading. Body Basics will be a great company in the future. Unfortunately it was founded on deception and lies. That is not the basic principles of the CEO. He is a good person. This is a contradiction of the highest level and nobody cares.
