frontloading, thank you for this information, I didn't go back that far but, I will include this with my complaint also, to all the agencies. This is showing a track record and why this is being allowed to happen time and time again is beyond me and if it's what it looks like it should be stopped immediately.
One thing I will promise myself, I'm not going away and I will get this in front of whomever I must and hopefully create a law so that it will prevent it from happening to anyone else in the future IF this is what's happening, we are talking about people hard earned money. Hopefully, GOD will give me favor with the California Attorney General Office to get the ball rolling in the very near future. Stay Tuned!
