You bet Cache, teamwork always right, and kudos to Greg for making himself available to provide that excellent eod clarity...as that was the 1st time he's even take my call in a month. He has swapped a few text messages and emails but that's only the 3rd time I've ever had a phone call with him.

So I definitely appreciated him making himself available to clarify that VYST is definitely attending court this Friday and asking the judge to dismiss EMA's bogus request for injunctive relief...and now I can't wait to see VYST's entire countersuit, as EMA should've never opened the door of whoop azz they're about to receive in the 1st place...and karma's definitely coming for them and most likely others, like the transfer agent referred to in the 25 pages of evidence VYST already submitted!
