hondo, there isn't a snowball's chance in Hades that EMA ever gets a single share from VYST ok!

Read the 25 pages of facts/evidence VYST already provided the court last Thursday available on pacer ok!

The only thing EMA's going to have to do is buyback the 35 million shares they illegally converted and sold...and VYST may not be the only ones EMA has to answer to for selling illegal securities by the time this is all said and done either...because the SEC definitely frowns on any funders who get caught selling illegal securities k cheers!
