Yep eagles, and kudos to Greg Rotman for immediately taking my call the moment I saw the pacer filing and asked him for an explanation.

Greg made sure to explain that VYST will in fact be attending court this Friday and asking the judge to dismiss EMA's injunctive relief claim...and they've asked for the 30 day extension to properly prepare their complete countersuit, and make sure they get ALL the facts and go after all complicit parties involved in allowing EMA to over convert and illegally sell 35M shares they should've never obtained from the transfer agent in the 1st place...and Greg reminded me that the facts are contained within the 25 pages of evidence filed in last weeks pacer update from VYST...so I will review the 25 pages tonight starting at page 7, which is the 1st page where the evidence mentions the transfer agent k cheers!
