No the previous transfer agent was Island if memory serves k hondo...and also if memory serves there was something in the 25 pages referring to their role in allowing EMA to over convert but I'll have to review the 25 pages tonight starting at page 7 of VYST's evidence already submitted to the court that specifically mentions the transfer agents role in all the EMA over conversions, as it sure sounds like VYST may also be going after the transfer agent too ok cheers!
