This is a low floater, RSI could change with a few transactions in either direction. Besides, I have seen in cases PPS moving higher with RSI in the upper 90s. So I do not believe there is any cookie cutter formula for every situation.

My shares are stashed away, RSI statement is not going to shake them off.
