Oh YA! BioAmber is as bankrupt as bankrupt can be. There's over $80+M of debt and no way to make payments. That's bankrupt by anybody's definition, and nobody is buying or merging with a bankrupt, empty shell. And, nobody needs it to make corn sludge, if PWC finds someone interested in those worthless contracts and rights, they'll get the judge to assign them to whoever it is. Shareholders will lose 100% of their investment in this stock.
