It's a custodianship play. First Global Ventures LLC has petitioned for custodianship on 29 Jan, and the hearing is set for 19 March. Case number A-19-788382-P at https://www.clarkcountycourts.us/Portal/. If they're successful, look for them to clean up the shell and possibly reverse merge another company into it.
