No real answers here, just speculation. No financials = claims unsubstantiated!

What part of the below statement is hard for people to understand?

“We are working to complete the filing of several periodic reports with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission but we cannot assure you that these will be filed.”

In other words, they are working on completing filings but for some reason cannot assure shareholders they will be filed. This is a strange statement as becoming OTC current requires that they complete filings for 2017 & 2018, plus soon the first quarter of 2019. There is no if ands or buts about this. They either complete the filings and back up their claims with evidence, or there is a major reason behind why they cannot.

GIFX is still considered Caveat Emptor and looking more and more like a scam as time goes by.
