LP, then by the same token if one signed releases then one does not have any right to ownership of any assets that are considered bk remote.

Obviously, I do not agree with this part. The part I do agree with is the process and ownership change that happened on 3/19/2012.

By this process, it DOES include any ownership rights with anything considered remote. They could not admit it in filings or during the bk process as the assets were invisible to the bk process.
