My guess is a new company got the shell fora song given webers problems. And they come in with a brand new enterprise that goes ballistic!

People who seriously want to create the kind of enterprise that "goes ballistic" don't buy dirty shells. And they most especially don't buy shells that are still being litigated by the SEC, and may end up owing the SEC money.

For that matter, they don't buy shell companies--and BBDA is very definitely a shell company by the SEC's definition--at all. Too problematic.

I believe the people behind this are inexperienced; that's indicated by the fact that they sent inadequate information to the TA. Probably they'll make more mistakes.
