Who in their right mind would "buy" a company that has an unresolved SEC fraud suit???



This is kind of the point I have been making. The shell is unsellable and damaged goods.

The former scammer ceo bran weber most likely sold it or gave it to a buddy of his. They will continue the scam together . Brian weber behind the scenes pulling the strings as the other guy is the front man. This happens all the time!!
