Sounds like someone is liable based on your content. After all, if the US court was told it was in the best interest of the debtor, creditors(no class identified) and other parties in interest in this ch 15...then either someone lied to the court or the court is reporting the facts. Please skip the content about it being in their best interest to get nothing and move on or to get pennies on the dollar for the corn sludge plant. If that was the final outcome the US court paperwork would not use those words. We understand the hierarchy of who gets paid and so does the US courts. That’s why they used those words.
