Quite honestly, it is possible Invictus may have never even applied to NASDAQ for uplisting. Split still has not even taken place, no evidence on NASDAQ.com
Contacted NASDAQ, but they are unable to disclose application submissions from any company.
It is possible with a company that absolutely refuses transparency. If Invictus has nothing to hide, what's up with all of these shady deals, half fast press releases, Poda spin off (what a joke) and the list goes on and on and on etc...
Have to give them credit for one thing, they certainly have some "pretty" websites".
