Go through that list again, there are major inaccuracies. Take for example the WM Preferred Funding Trusts, those assets backed the TPS but went to JPM upon the Exchange Event in Sep 2008. These are just shells that may already have been dissolved.

25.2 Cancellation of Common Equity Interests:.., on the Effective Date, ALL Common Equity Interests shall be deemed extinguished and the certificates and ALL other documents shall be deemed cancelled.
